Please return any product you are not satisfied with within 10 days of receiving it.

Your order and order file is strictly confidential and kept safely in a secure area. No records are kept in the U.K. We never sell or rent out our email addresses or mailing lists.

Your credit card information is protected with DRC Book shop. We process your transactions through Realex a secure payment provider. No credit card details are kept on file.
We process through very stringent credit card regulations, therefore we may require additional information before we can process your order. Please Note: Debit/Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as "DRC Book shop"

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes international orders are accepted - we accept Euros, British Pounds and American Dollars.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have transmitted an order with your credit card details, you cannot cancel it as we will have started processing it ready for delivering to you. Please make sure you are happy with the products you are ordering before you transmit your credit card details.

WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

Once you have registered we are able to offer a more personalised service to help you find the product you need faster, you only need to register once. Registration to the site will also reduce the amount of information you need to fill in the second time you place an order.

WHAT ABOUT POSTAGE AND PACKAGING? Which countries are included in the UK ?

The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England , Northern Ireland , Scotland , and Wales .

All items delivered will be dispatched discreetly and securely and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of the package.

Answer phone orders can be left on: 078 9527 0350 have your credit card ready. State 1] Your name and address, if your postal address is different please state that also, 2] your credit card number, 3] the CVC number, 4] expiry date, 5] the product number/s you require.

U.K. cheque, postal orders (payable to DRC Bookshop) or registered cash are also acceptable. Cross PO 's and retain the counterfoils. Fill in an order form, enclose payment and post to the address at the top of this page. Use a 42c Euro stamp. Allow 10-14 days for delivery

All products are posted from Northern Ireland and delivery may be subject to your country's Customs intervention. Allow the full 14 days for delivery. If you do get a problem please let us know. If your order does not arrive in the promised time please let us know, preferably by e-mail , or call our customer service department, between 9.30 AM and 5PM, at 078 9527 0350 Our customer service representatives are friendly and efficient.
We strive to reply to emails within 2 days, but sometimes it may take a bit longer. All letters and emails are answered within seven days. Replies to the U.K. are posted from there.
You will be notified by email if part of your order cannot be dispatched. Part orders are fulfilled at no extra cost.

WHEN WILL YOUR DRCBOOKSHOP.COM ORDER BE DELIVERED?

•  Orders placed before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

•  Orders placed after 4pm UK time are dispatched the next working day.

  • • Orders placed at the weekend and Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
  • • Most Standard Delivery orders arrive 1-3 days after dispatch, although occasionally orders can take longer to arrive.
  • • For all other European countries orders will take an additional 4-6 working days to arrive .

At peak times such as Christmas, parcels can take longer to arrive. If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.

RETURNS POLICY

drcbookshop.com wants you to be happy with your product, that's why we've made it very easy for you to return any item which complies with the conditions below. Goods returned for exchange or refund must in all respects be in the condition you received them and must be unopened. This offer applies for 14 days from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights. Please remember to always obtain proof of return and keep this in a safe place - we recommend a "Certificate of Posting" which is available free of charge at the Post Office.

  • • All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging
  • • To return an item please send unused products in original packaging to drcbookshop.com address with the returns form printed on the reverse of the delivery note which accompanied your order.
  • • If we cannot exchange an item (e.g. it is no longer available) we will offer you alternative goods or a refund.
